  1. Hi I have a vinyl flooring in the kitchen, it’s pretty sliperly all the time and wondered whether there’s something that can help? It’s worse after cooking with oil. I clean regularly.
Is there a spray? Any advice please

    • This is a super common complaint with vinyl, and yes there is a spray you can use! In fact, there are a number of sprays available on the market for this, but this is the one I’ve heard most often recommended: Slip Doctors Vinyl and Wood Floor Spray
You will need to reapply that spray on occasion, as it’s not a permanent fix. Slip Doctors offer a number of different products in varying sizes and with varying applications (rollers and sprays) and finishes (matte or glossy), so I would look into the different products on their website and see which works best for your needs.
There are a number of reasons why a vinyl floor may be slippery, and your best bet to reduce that slipperiness is to continue to clean regularly. There could also be a problem with the finish that was used, causing it to be slippery. Your best fix in my opinion is to use one of the anti-skid products I mentioned above.
      Hope that helps!
